Born and raised in Central Missouri, Todd brings a deep understanding of the local market and a strong sense of community to his real estate practice. With over 25 years of personal experience in buying and selling homes, Todd has developed a keen eye for detail and a passion for helping clients find their perfect property.

Todd has the proven leadership and success driven attitude you should expect in a real estate professional.  He began his journey as a leader by serving his country in the Army National Guard, enrolling while still in high school. After serving his country and graduating, with a degree in Computer Information System from Central Missouri State University, his leadership abilities and attention to detail were quickly noticed in the software development industry as he rose to lead many multimillion-dollar software development projects.

Todd is dedicated to serving the community through the numerous roles he has held over the years.  He is currently serving as an Elder and Community Outreach Director at Capital West Christian Church.  For the past 9 years, he has served as the Director of Capital West’s Tim Tebow Night to Shine Prom, a prom for people with special needs.  He has also been the Charter Representative for American Heritage Girls Troop MO3412 since 2013.

When he isn’t selling real estate, Todd enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids.  He is an avid hunter and fisherman, enjoys woodworking, and owns a small laser engraving business called Infinite Etchings by Todd.
